Children’s Ministries

NURSERY

Infant to 5 years old

Sundays: 9:30 am – 12:15 pm

The nursery is open to all babies, toddlers, and preschoolers during the Sunday School hour and during the Church service. The children spend their time in an age appropriate classroom with qualified child care workers, playing games and doing activities that teach them about the Bible Story each week. This is held in the preschool wing, in room 112. The same Bible story is told for two weeks in a row, but we switch up the activities to ensure your child is learning in every way possible!

**Please label all personal items. Please bring your child’s bottles, diapers, cups and snacks.

***Nursery is also available for other activities/meetings by request

Children’s Church

Grades Kindergarten – 5th

Sundays: 11:15 am -12:00 pm

Come Join AAKids as we learn about God’s word through games, songs, lessons, and prayer! Meet us at our Children’s Church table outside the Sanctuary (in the 13th Street Lobby) before service to register your child, or sign them in. Then you and your child will enjoy service together until the Children’s sermon (about 15 minutes in), when all children are invited to go down to the front to learn a lesson from the Pastor. After the Children’s sermon your child can either, join you and your family for the rest of service, or go with our wonderful, Ministry Safe, adult volunteers to room 212 for Children’s Church until 12:00pm. After service, just walk straight down the hall, to pick up your child from room 212 and to hear all about the Bible Story they learned!

Each week, we will include song, dance, instruments, videos, small group questions, and activity pages to make sure each kid in Children’s Church not only learns the Bible Stories, but hides in their hearts the biblical truths of Faith, Hope, and Love.
